Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a part time role?

Do have experience or working in an Accountancy Practice or a Payroll Bureau?

If so, this role may be for you My client is a small, friendly firm of Chartered Accountants based near Blackburn. They are now looking to take on a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to help run the payroll for a portfolio of clients.

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic firm and work with a great team of people in a varied role where you will have regular client contact.

Responsibilities will include:

- To arrange for all payrolls to be processed on time on a weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis
- To ensure that clients receive their periodic payroll information including pay slips
- To ensure that clients are informed of PAYE liabilities and any unpaid amounts on a monthly basis
- To deal with any client queries in a professional and timely fashion
- To ensure that all year end submissions are made
- To file relevant information to NEST and other pension providers and TPR

Applicants will need to have recent payroll experience - ideally gained within an Accountancy Practice - but what is most important is that you can demonstrate that you can manage multiple payrolls and that you are well organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
