- Start date: September 2023 or before- Full time Salary: MPS/UPS - £28,000 - £43,685 + TLR 2C - £7,368 -
A superb middle leadership opportunity has arisen at Bridgemary School. We are looking to appoint a college to the post of Head of Year. This post is directly accountable to the Deputy Headteacher Pastoral. In order to ensure that all young people who attend Bridgemary School develop in such a way as to enable them to make the most of opportunities in the world, we focus our efforts on growing their character and helping them improve the culture in which they operate. By supporting students to become the best versions of themselves alongside strong personal health and wellbeing, we will be better preparing our young people for the rigours of GCSEs, further study and the life of work.-
