**The Role
Do you possess previous project management experience within a highly regulated or technology-based environment? We are a leading global leader of researched, tested and proven engineered efficiency solutions for the life sciences sector, looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to create and oversee detailed project programmes internally and with clientsto agree deadlines, milestones and delegate tasks to your project team, identifying any potential risks.

The role involves the planning, organising, and directing of engineering and sustainability projects for Global Life Science organisations; ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Delivery of Projects through the Engineering team and or outsourced contractors via the established Project Management System.
- Leading regular structured reviews with internal and external stakeholders to share status, Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Opportunities and demonstration of project control.
- Documenting, tracking and owning of Project Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Decisions using established methods.
- Working within the internal and external project change frameworks.
- Ownership of the Project Management System to empower the Continual Improvement via lessons learned.
- Responsible for completing the project in line with the agreed programme and deliverables, reporting to a senior manager and working alongside a Key Account Manager to monitor and manage customer expectations.
- To compile and submit project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Project Manager are:

- A proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing projects across the entire project lifecycle, ideally in the Building Services/HVAC Engineering/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life Sciences/Biotechnology industry. Although other relevant experiencewill not preclude the applicant.
- Experience of project management within a highly regulated or technology-based environment (e.g., Pharmaceuticals / Financial Services / Life Sciences / Other relevant complex project management etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience of working in client-facing positions.
- Experience working within a stage gate Project Management Framework.
- Previous Project Management experience is a must and experience in a similar role (for technical/engineering projects) is a bonus.
- Multitasking is one of the key skills of this role, as it will involve the management of multiple projects all at varying stages.
- You must be a clear communicator - able to understand industry technical and sales language, whilst managing all types of people.
- Understand commercial reasoning and high-level thinking, whist managing detailed deliverables.
- Able to stay motivated and encourage project team members.
- Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.
- The ability to monitor and control budgets.
