Groundsperson required

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Groundsperson, with knowledge and experience in lawn care, to join a small team on a beautiful privately owned garden in Oxford.

The garden is part of a shooting estate and consists of a walled garden, kitchen garden, rose garden, greenhouse for propagation work, extensive lawns both for ride on and fine mowing, topiary, hedges, herbaceous and mixed borders, shrubs and a variety ofyoung and mature trees.

The owners are looking for a fantastic all-rounder who will possess & be able to demonstrate excellent grounds maintenance, lawn care and maintain the garden machinery.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be working alongside other gardeners. Willingness to be adaptable and flexible in your daily duties is also essential due to the varied nature of the role.

**SALARY**:£25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
