Semh Teaching Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Implement and contribute to individualized behaviour management plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address the specific needs of each student.
- Promote social and emotional development through tailored interventions.

**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
- Previous experience in an SEND setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of ages.
