**Job Description**:
**A bit about the role..**

We are currently recruiting for an additional **Reward Advisor **role, reporting into our Reward Director within the UKI Reward Team. This role is integral to the delivery of our Reward Processes and will be responsible for proactively supporting the delivery of our end of year activities, managing a number of key benefits and reward projects which will range from managing elements of the end of year process to introducing benefits and conducting pay audits.

Working closely with the Reward team and HR Business Partners, you will blend both knowledge of Reward processes and best practice to provide support and reward advice, deliver training and educate managers and HR as required. You will also undertake benchmarking, data analysis, survey completion, administration tasks, all of which you will deliver to high standards. The team operates in a fast paced environment which is balanced with the need to ensure we act with integrity and under set operating structures.

You will play a key role in ensuring effective management, analysis and communication of key Reward data and management information (MI) points to make insight-led recommendations. Not afraid to challenge how we do things and introduce new ideas and ways of thinking, you will be key in helping to shape our Reward proposition for the future.

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for..**

We’re looking for someone who is strong team player, keen to support the wider team during peak periods. You will have the experience of dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information, whilst working to tight deadlines.

You’ll be confident building relationships, dealing with stakeholders in both an external and internal capacity. An analytical thinker, with an eye for detail and a proven track record of in-depth analytics. You will be able to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others with an ability to draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change.

You will be proficient in the use of Advanced Excel - i.e., to Macro’s level, with the ability to work with large data sets strengthened by proven experience of complex planning within a large matrix organisation. Furthermore, you will demonstrate a range of experience within; Pay, pay progression, bonus, recognition, grading schemes and reward cycles teamed with a resilient, pragmatic and flexible approach to working.
