**Job Overview**:Your role will be to monitor our network clients alarm for alarm callouts and respond accordingly. Responding to alarm activations using the company vehicle in and around Cumbria & Lancashire. Mobile patrols throughout the shift.

**Communication**: Maintain effective communication with fellow security personnel, venue and law enforcement if necessary. Use radio or other communication devices to relay important information.

**Report Writing**: Accurately document incidents, observations, and any necessary actions taken during shifts. Complete incident reports as required by company policies.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and attend any necessary training sessions.

**Personal Appearance**: Present a professional and well-groomed appearance while on duty. Wear the provided uniform and any required identification.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor License. **(Training for this can be provided)**:

- Full UK license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in security, crowd management, or related roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to professionalism.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
