**Thames Water is currently looking for a Governance Coordinator**.Working within the Portfolio function of Customer Transformation this area is responsible for the end-to-end governance and management of the customer transformation portfolio-from review through to governance and benefits realisation.
As the Governance Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the governance aspect of the Portfolio planning -this work will span the full life cycle of all transformation programmes approved to proceed. You will be organised, and proactive in deliveryand be able to manage workload to multiple deadlines depending on portfolio requirements.
**What you will be doing?**:

- Supporting the management of the governance frameworks across the Customer Transformation Portfolio, delivering the creation, assurance, and coordination of collateral, ensuring consistency and identifying and sharing best practice
- Managing the Portfolio RAID Log, highlighting any escalations to Governance Lead whilst actively highlighting any risks which need to be raised.
- Creating meeting packs for our monthly meetings such as board meetings, stereo sessions, and any ad-hoc packs required.
- Co-ordinating agendas, capturing actions & decisions and maintaining the actions log
- Providing relevant data analysis to support portfolio activities -workstreams, projects & timelines
- Liaising with key stakeholders as required to support the delivery of Governance for the Transformation Portfolio
- Supporting the Governance Lead with maintaining the Portfolio costs including forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variance.

**What we are looking for you to have**:

- **Experience working in**a PMO or project delivery environment
- Previous Project Management Forecasting & Financial knowledge would be desirable
- Experience in creating collateral relating to change programmes -working collaboratively to gather the right insights to produce packs in readiness for governance meetings
- Proactive approach to activities -solutions focused
- **Good stakeholder engagement skills** -able to work collaboratively
- Ability to liaise at all levels
- **High attention to detail**, analytical
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- **Excellent Microsoft Office skills** - in particular Excel
