Receptionist - Part-time

Palfinger UK has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Receptionist to join the team in Devizes.

***Hours**: Part-time (16 hours), working two days a week, 8am-5pm

***Salary**:Competitive + T H WHITE Group benefits

***Day to day duties will include**:

- Maintaining the reception area ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering switchboard calls and taking messages as required
- Providing information as needed to visitors/customers/callers
- Managing incoming and outgoing post/parcels/deliveries
- Ordering lunches for meetings and events
- Booking hire vehicles
- Ordering and distributing stationery
- Other ad hoc administration duties as required

**The ideal applicant**:
We are looking for an individual with
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office (full training will be given)
