Workshop Administrator

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Workshop Administrator for our busy Coalville site. The Workshop Administrator provides administrative duties for the manager of the vehicle inspections team.

Duties include:
Generate Daily Job Cards to manage the smooth running of vehicles into the valet and imagine bays

KPI monitoring to ensure vehicles are processed in date order for safety checks and inspecting

Monitor MOT requirements ensuring a daily continuous feed to/from the MOT Stations

Automotive experience preferred but not essential. Excellent IT skills, especially Excel are a requirement for this role.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
