**Overview**

This critical global position within Criteo Retail Media. As the VP, Global Retail Partnerships & Strategy, you will lead business development and own the global relationships with multi-regional retailers and e-commerce business, and will include global deal structuring and negotiations. Introduce Criteo Retail Media into new markets globally to drive adoption and growth of our suite of platform products. You’ll be responsible for developing deeper relationships with C-Level executives across various retail organizations, influencing executive decision-makers, pitching the benefits of Criteo as a monetization and platform partner, and leveraging data to negotiate new, complex, large-scale business relationships and up-sell opportunities.

**What will you do**
- Lead and own the strategy, business development, and relationships of multi-regional retailers and e-commerce business in new markets globally
- Establish Criteo as a commerce thought-leader across the global Retail Media ecosystem
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, with measurable outcomes and goals that tie back to overall investment, cross-product adoption, and revenue growth
- Build and enhance existing frameworks and processes to grow existing retailer relationships
- Work cross-functionally to grow products and operations support for retailer growth
- Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with leading retail e-commerce players in multiple regions across the globe
- Lead contractual and integration discussions with the client commercial, technical, and legal teams
- Drive and strengthen key client partnerships by providing solution-focused proposals that achieve agency and client goals
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, operations teams to create thoughtful and highly customized top-down and bottom-up engagement strategies
- Liaise with internal partners across the globe to ensure consistent messaging, share feedback, and develop best practices
- Track quarterly targets and optimize revenue growth through partner channels with structured commercial initiatives, custom programs and cross-product campaigns that achieve long-term, recurring success
- Identify new processes and enhancements that improve Criteo’s service and capabilities while influencing the global product roadmap
- Encourage, capture and share feedback from large retail media customers to further strengthen Criteo’s position as the industry’s leading commerce platform
- Play a key role on the global Retail Media Leadership team as key contributor our overall go-to-market strategy
- Persevere, think big picture work, for mutually beneficial technology integration.
- Play an ongoing role as a builder of the Criteo Retail Media brand and community
- Represent Criteo externally at key industry events relevant to Criteo’s global Retail Media business
**Who you are**
- 7+ years of enterprise leadership experience in advertising technology, across sales, business development, strategic relationship management, and product strategy within retail media, e-commerce, holding company, agency, or similar
- Minimum of 7+ years of retail media, shopper marketing, or e-commerce experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated with senior level clients
- Extensive experience calling on, developing, and leading senior level conversations with VPs, SVPs, EVPs, and CMOs at large retailers
- Proven experience and ability to grow a large scale enterprise business with ecommerce retailers
- Experience delivering exceptional results in a performance driven environment
- A track record of proven, analytical, data-driven, problem-solving and decision-making skills with large enterprise retail clients
- Experience in growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment
