**About us**:
TruFrame Ltd are the largest independent fabricator of the Liniar window profile in the UK. We operate out of a 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art factory on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. We are a fast-growing and ever-evolving business, who are looking for someone to come into the business and join our dynamic HR Department.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
- Provide basic HR advice and training to the management team (where applicable).
- Work with managers on staff probations, arranging and attending meetings (if the employee is due to have their probation/ trial period extended/ failed).
- Monitor and action the ‘HR Action Log’ on a twice daily basis which will ensure that the HR Department is responsive to all required HR tasks/ employment relation matters.
- Ensure that weekly administration is saved on the HR Manager System and any destroy paper copies immediately (in line with GDPR legislation).
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoices (as and when necessary).
- Keep on top of staff right to work document checks and ensure that staff are communicated about any upcoming documentation expiring in a timely manner; this task will be undertaken with management and assistance from senior members of the HR team (as and when required).
- Undertake monthly return to work paperwork checks with the HR team.
- Manage a variety of basic HR-related casework, including disciplinaries, absence review meetings and basic health meetings.
- Undertake (and take responsibility for) projects (as and when required).
**Person specification**:
- Previous experience of administrative/ basic HR duties (desirable, not essential)
- Genuine interest in Human Resources
- Highest standard of written English and good proof-reading skills
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Excellent time management skills
**Working hours**:
Hours: 37.5 per week (flextime).
Must be flexible to work additional hours to meet the nature of the role and the needs of the business.
