Our client is a global real estate company and they are currently seeking a Risk and Insurance Manager who will be responsible for the leadership and management of the insurance and risk management function in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The role partners with the regional business units and corporate functions to provide effective insurance and risk management support which aligns with a global insurance and risk management strategy. The job holder will be responsible for identifying, managing,and minimizing risks to the company through active involvement in contract negotiations, claims management, corporate insurance program placement, and loss control initiatives. The role will require someone to lead the negotiations of complex insurance provisionsfor client and vendor contracts. The role will manage the placement and administration of all local EMEA insurance policies in-country and region and partner with key internal and external stakeholders on insurance strategy and developing insurance processesto ensure optimal insurance program structure for the business and operations.
