Planner/scheduler - Repairs

Due to a contract win JET FLOW UK is looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join our team - this position will be responsible for scheduling in Reactive and Planned repairs for our Plumbing Division.

You will be supporting commercial and domestic clients and residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across a radius. You will join our Resource and Dispatch Team which ensures works orders are scheduled and allocated to operatives through our booking system.

**YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE / IN THIS ROLE**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role**.
- Ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High standard of geographical knowledge to assist in daily allocation for works as we cover a large radius.
- Proactive can do attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for all clients and residents regarding any repair
- Provide excellent customer service to both residents and clients
- Booking repair issues and appointments on the in-house system
- Planning / scheduling of work for operatives as well as daily emergency work
- Working within KPIs
- Liaising with engineers ensuring that they have all the relevant information and materials to successfully carry out the repair
- Preparing and maintaining operations reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlines.
- Managing the main inbox.
- Other Admin Duties

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
