Cleaner

Responsibilities:

- Builder's clean - deep clean all areas and remove all dust, paint, debris left over from the building work.
- Clean and sanitize designated areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in builder's cleans or deep cleaning is preferred but not required
- A CSCS card is required for the role - applicant needs to have a valid card
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary

Essential criteria:

- Experience of builder's clean or deep cleaning
- CSCS card

Pay: From £23,795.00 per year
