- Working as part of Open Mental Health within our Crisis Safe Space Service in Bridgwater; you will provide emotional support to those experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress including safety planning and 5 Ways to Wellness. You will ensure a safe, welcoming and comfortable space for people to seek the support they need.

- You will need to:

- Be experienced in supporting people with mental health challenges
- Have experience of supporting people in emotional distress
- Be a great communicator
- Be great at building trust with those you work with
- Have compassion, empathy and passion for supporting others
- Be IT literate and be able to record and report information
- Have confidence lone working and as part of a team
