Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Laundry Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Laundry Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of laundry and dry cleaning orders to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:
Delivery of Laundry and Dry Cleaning Items:Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport laundry and dry cleaning items from our facility to customers' locations.
Verify the accuracy of each order before leaving the facility and ensure all items are accounted for.
Handle laundry items with care, preventing damage or loss during transit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Timely Delivery:Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and prioritize orders based on customer requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding any delays or changes in delivery times.

Exceptional Customer Service:Provide friendly and professional service to customers upon delivery, ensuring a positive experience.
Greet customers with a polite and courteous demeanor, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, or escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:Collect and process payments from customers accurately and securely, using designated payment methods.
Maintain delivery logs, records, and customer signatures for proof of delivery.
Report any delivery or customer-related issues to the management team promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
Adhere to traffic regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable driving and safety laws.
Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to the management team immediately.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and delivery schedules.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and record-keeping.
- Physical fitness to handle the lifting and movement of laundry items.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-60 per week

**Salary**: £14.50-£20.00 per hour
