**About Our Client**:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence. This role involves onsite responsibilities and extensive travel across Europe and America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the Director.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events onsite and during travel.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently with the Director.
- Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
