**How you’ll change it up**

You'll be joining our busy Customer team to handle customer complaints and liaise with all customer channels to track issues through to timely resolution.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

- Owning the end-to-end issue resolution procedure
- Working to ensure that the highest level of service is consistently delivered to the resident
- Investigating the complaint competently, diligently and impartially, obtaining additional information as necessary

**What you’ll bring to the role**

As a confident communicator, you'll be able to make decisions independently, work well within a team and have experience in dealing with high volume correspondence. You’ll also bring the following with you:

- Previous experience in a customer relations or complaints role
- Excellent investigative skills and ability to quickly understand, discuss and resolve complaints
