Digital Sales Specialist

**The Role**

Your job is to sell business websites to small business owners and become a dedicated member of the sales department.
You will be introduced to business owners who have already told us they need a website and use phone calls, video calling and screen sharing software to pitch to your prospects.
You will be selling our websites, our unique process and our amazing people.
**The job is simple**:
- Understand your prospects business and website requirements
- Build trust and rapport
- Convey the enthusiasm and talent of our designers
- Show the quality and value of our websites
- Match your prospects needs with our processes, our products and our performance
- Sell
There is no cold calling and there is mínimal admin.
You will use phone calls, video calling and screen sharing software to pitch to your prospects.
We want you to bring new ideas to the department - we want formal sales training and on-the-job experience.
You ensure targets are hit and that the department is working efficiently and following sales processes accurately.

- And most importantly a proven track record of closing sales over the phone
Ideally you should also live a short commuting distance to Caterham CR3 5QX.
**Required experience**:

**Sales**: minimum 2 years (telephone sales) with a clear love of technology and websites and with aptitude to learn Internet, ecommerce and website concepts

We offer a high basic salary and reachable commission sales targets.
Basic of £25K with commission targets of £40K
