Conveyancing Specialist

At G2 Legal Limited, we are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team in South London. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling freehold and leasehold matters, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.

The successful candidate can expect an achievable billing target with additional incentives, as well as opportunities for career development, such as becoming the head of department or partner.

We offer a 1-2-1 setup for fee earners and support staff, allowing you to focus on fee earning without business development responsibilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. You will also be expected to meet an achievable billing target, with additional incentives for exceeding targets.
