We are working with a SEN school supporting children with Autism within the East Birmingham area. who are in search of a Teaching Assistant for in class support. This school has an inclusive environment with a desire to bring the best possible educationto every single pupil. Prior experience in a school is not essential however is desirable. There is great potential for an elongated contract following positive feedback.

- **Some prior knowledge of behaviour management (not essential)**
- **Friendly and approachable**

Working as a Teaching Assistant within a SEN school gives you an opportunity to get into paid work whilst gaining invaluable experience within one of the schools we work with. Providing an excellent role model for the children who typically thrive in non-traditionalteaching methods. This role will require providing in class support, leading small groups, supporting the class teacher and supporting children on a 1:1 basis.

The school has good transport links into Birmingham City centre and Solihull Town Centre and is easily accessible by car.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
