**About the job**:
To protect SWR against fraudlant claims for Slips, Trips and Falls.

To collate the CCTV for any investigation.

To assist collection and processing of CCTV for Government Security Services with any investigations involving SWR.

To assist with Data Protection requests.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- To download CCTV images from trains and stations upon request by police forces or other authorised parties.
- To assist with fault finding of cameras and report to the appropriate parties.
- To assist the Claims Manager with any CCTV for cases that the Claims Manager is dealing with.
- To make sure that all policy and Procedures are adhere to and to seek advice when appropriate.
- To assist Data Compliance Officer (DCO) in the fulfilment of their legal responsibilities with regards to CCTV and other video surveillance devices.
- To be the Subject Matter Experts with regards to CCTV and the systems we use.
- Review CCTV images to help identify incidents and prepare evidence packages, which may be used in a Court of Law.
- Giving advice to colleagues when required on how and when to request CCTV for internal investigations.
- To provide fault reporting updates to our CCTV support team.
- To be on-call for out of hours when needed.

**As a minimum, you will need to have**:

- The post holder will need to have an eye for detail as you will be required to review CCTV images to help identify incidents and prepare evidence packages, which may be used in a Court of Law
- The post holder must be conversant with Windows, Excel and Microsoft Office packages
- The post holder must be able to build strong working relationships across the business along with external stakeholders
- The post holder must have a high level of discretion when dealing with fatalities, incidents and when assisting in criminal investigations that are sensitive.
- Someone who is self-motivated, able to prioritise their workload, work to tight deadlines, and who is passionate about wanting to help reduce crime and disorder on our network.
- Must be willing to travel across the network in order to fulfil CCTV download requests.
- Willing to be on call if needed.

**About the location**:
Wimbledon Train Station is ideally situated near several sporting locations and a local theatre. It provides an excellent link between National Rail services, the Underground service and Tramlink. With 11 platforms, it is a busy station that supports the travel of many commuters and leisure customers to and from central London.

**Working pattern**:
Working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days

Monday to Friday, office hours
