CCTV & Access Control Engineer Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CCTV & Access Control Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-end CCTV and access control systems for our prestigious clients across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement integrated enterprise-level CCTV, intruder alarm systems, perimeter detection, access control, and video intercom systems.
  2. Install and configure high-end CCTV cameras, including Bosch, Axis, and optical/thermal imaging systems.
  3. Work on Grade 3 intruder alarm installations, including Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals.
  4. Develop and maintain fibre optic networks and systems.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, both internally and with clients.
  6. Work autonomously and professionally, with a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in integrated enterprise-level CCTV, intruder alarm systems, perimeter detection, access control, and video intercom systems.
  2. Knowledge of high-end CCTV cameras, including Bosch, Axis, and optical/thermal imaging systems.
  3. Experience with Grade 3 intruder alarm installations, including Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals.
  4. Fibre optic experience and knowledge.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a professional approach at all times.
