Office Administrator

The UK Tool Hire Group Ltd are looking for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our Human Resouce team and contribute to our continued growth.
Working Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week (Hrs negotiable)
**"Key Responsibilities"**
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

- Experienced in data entry and accurately inputting information into databases
- Strong typing skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
