**Fleet Administrator**

**Salary**:£21,621.60 per annum, plus Veolia benefits

**Hours**:40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm (With 30 minutes unpaid lunch)

**Location**:Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 4AA

**What will you be doing?**
- To liaise with workshops and external suppliers
- Raising purchase orders on Workday.
- Maintaining fleet related files and planners.
- To manage Tranman inputs (Veolia's fleet management system).
- Answering telephones and dealing with complaints and queries from members of the public and TDC.
- Provide General Administration Support To Line Manager And Wider Team
- Effective Record-Keeping
- Work As Part Of The Fleet Team To Ensure Fleet Legislation, Policies And Procedures Are Implemented And Adhered To.
- Filing And Updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Fleet Administration Experience (Optional), Job role training will be provided.
- Google And Microsoft Literate with a good working knowledge of Google sheets (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Organisational Skills Be Able To Demonstrate A Flexible Approach To Work
- Communication, Interpersonal And Customer Relationship Skills
- Experience Of Meeting And Working To Tight Deadlines
