**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are recruiting for a Senior Labelling & Artwork Driver. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis from either High Wycombe or Newcastle.

This is a senior project management position that requires you to lead the execution of complex labelling and artwork projects across a portfolio of OTC and non-OTC brands across various markets within the EMEA region. Complex labeling projects are defined as new product introductions, major product innovations and redesigns.

You will lead the client's internal stakeholders, design agencies, SGK pre-press, printers and suppliers to manage & execute their labelling and artwork changes from design development through to release to the printer. The Sr L&A driver will interact with global, regional and local client stakeholders across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Serve as the main day-to-day contact on projects for clients, suppliers and external partners; provide timely responses to all inquiries
- Attend client meetings as needed; serve as a Subject Matter Expert regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams in the development of project scope and related timelines which meet the goals and priorities of the project. Functions include: L&A Global Drivers, Marketing, Regulatory, J&J Design, SGK Internal and Production site team members, Suppliers, Printers
- Facilitate the design briefing process and cross-functional team status review meetings
- Manage the budget, estimating, and invoicing process
- Monitor production art development from agency handoff through to release to print
- Monitor all design extensions & adaptations across multiple structures and substrates for optimal design and print production results
- Develop, communicate, and manage project priorities, timelines and status to internal and external partners
- Ensure we meet service level performance and influence KPI’s including cycle time, rounds of revision, and the timely collection of artwork inputs
- Resolve or assist in the resolution of issues within and between projects or teams; develop methods to monitor artwork project progress and resolve issues as necessary
- Follow up to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance to processes and establish discipline to standardized ways of working
- Assist in every portion of the approval process between internal and external partners, ensure alignment at every step of the design and activation process:

- Facilitate online proofing process, timeline, consolidation and resolution of artwork changes
- Proactively identify obstacles and seek resolution to ensure products are delivered to retail
- Ensure all content is reviewed and approved by all J&J stakeholders
- Ensure all project feedback is properly tracked and documented and has been reviewed and agreed upon by all appropriate J&J stakeholders
- Demonstrate proficiency with SGK on-line tools and other tools & technology as required by the business
- Partner with SGK Print Technical team and client to resolve color and print production issues

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree within an appropriate discipline such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the required job
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience Launching New Products, Redesigns, Line Extensions and Maintenance items in a CPG, Private Label or Food Company, Technology, Pharma industries, and Design Agencies
- Experience in consumer or corporate creative/production design
- Experience with or an understanding of the packaging and pre-media prepress process
- Category experience in CPG, Retail Private Label and/or Food Company, Technology, Pharma industries
