LAS Specialty Registrar (ST3+ level) in Dermatology, based at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. This appointment is available from 25th August 2023 until 6th August 2024.
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of dermatology inpatients, day patients and outpatients. There will be a regular commitment to seeing inpatient dermatological referrals including paediatric and neonatal problems.
This would include 4-5 outpatient clinics, 1 surgical session and 1-2 ward rounds. The clinical sessions would vary each week depending on the on-call rota. The other sessions include time for administration, audit, teaching, research, and personal study where appropriate.

As well as a broad experience in inpatient, outpatient and emergency general dermatology, the post offers experience in all the major sub-specialties including dermatopathology, patch testing, phototherapy, paediatric dermatology, dermatological surgery including Mohs micrographic surgery, skin oncology and vulval disease.
