We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is primarily based in our on site coffee shop and conferencing facility.

Duties to include (but not limited to)
- Serving customers
- Using coffee machines and toasting equipment
- Assist customers with placing orders, conference & genral inquires
- Till work using our new POS system and card readers.
- Keeping spaces clean, clear and inviting to customers.
- Setting up for conferences (including tea/coffee stations and Luncheons)
- Clearing down conferences according to schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and any additional languages spoken

Qualifications:

- Food Hygiene certificate
- Experience with making barista coffee is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English and Maths (till work).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
