Helen Taylor Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for a hardworking, reliable and driven Skin therapist/Clinic assistant to join our close knit team. Due to the rapid growth of the business the company now requires a new team member to help manage the busy workload. We are looking for a special team member with a warm and friendly manner, to compliment our existing high achieving team.

The roles and responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining appointments, rescheduling, entering client data onto the clinics CRM system.
- Monitoring Leads, entering onto the system, following up and converting the lead.
- Responsible for answering calls via VoIP system, taking enquiries and booking in consultations/appointments.
- Responsible for the clinic diary, writing up treatment notes, and keeping client cards up to date & sending the plans to the clients along with information on next appointment.
- Responsible for client retainment, setting recalls, checking on skincare plan replenishment.
- Assisting the Business Manager in running reports & updating spreadsheets.
- Replenish and display stock & keep the office area tidy and organised.
- Assist with marketing where required.
- Assisting with client experience, from greeting, refreshments and concluding the sale and aftercare.
- Proficient in cash handling and use of a POS.
- Ensure the clinic is prepared for the day ahead, client lists, ensure consent and medical forms are completed.
- Performing treatments including Skin analysis, Bespoke facials, Body treatments
- Work with managing any clinical trials

Person Specification
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Takes pride in their appearance-Business attire.
- Embody the ethos of Helen Taylor Aesthetics & Wellness
- Proactive & reactive, it’s a fast moving and changing environment.
- Willing to undertake ongoing CPD.
- Interest/knowledge in aesthetics as there is an expectation to give advice and convert sales
- Exemplary organisation skills, a strong eye for detail, effective time management and ability to work under own initiative.
- Team player.
- Microsoft word proficient and experience with CRM systems - Experience with Timely preferred but not essential.
- This is a developing role in a growing business and there is a great opportunity to grow within the role and become part of a dynamic team.
