This role is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2024. Based in Slough it will follow our hybrid working model (three days a week in the office, sometimes more).

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Design interactive and diverse digital and classroom based learning journeys that appeal to all learning styles and check learning retention along the way.
- Deliver training in person and virtually that is engaging, encouraging and facilitates strong learning opportunities.
- Support the evaluation of training needs for the Slough CSE employees, create training material and own the process maintenance.
- Strong partner management, collaboration, and communication with areas of CSE.
- Build a collaborative working relationship with counterparts in Berlin, the United States, Singapore and Shanghai.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Strong experience in instructional design and training material content creation (both face to face and virtual training) using training methodology (A.D.D.I.E.) and E-Learn authoring tools.
- Able to take ownership of end to end process for training projects.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, adept at developing strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams across the business, all over the world.
- Creative, innovative and with a change-ready mind to the training atmosphere.
- A continuous improvement attitude and ready to challenge the status quo while always striving for improvement and taking action on those ideas.
- Flexible with the ability to attend the office 3 times a week, sometimes more if training facilitation requires it and the occasional early or late meeting.
