**Location**: Cirencester Office
**Employment Type**: 6 month Fixed-Term Contract (9.30am-12.30pm Monday-Friday) (Hybrid working-1 day on-site, 4 days remote p/w)
We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to review and approve our manual payments. As a Finance Operations Payment Specialist, you will ensure manual payments are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. The position will include supporting the Finance Operations team in their daily payment processes.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Approving manual payments in the bank systems and Treasury Management System.
- Deal with complex processes and queries with appropriate communications to stakeholders.
- Input manual payments.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- An experienced administrator, preferably with experience in making payments.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team player but equally competent working independently.
- A genuine desire to support colleagues.
