One of our Clients in Ayr is looking for a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) for their purpose-built Clinic in Ayr, KA6.

**Job Details as Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD)**:
**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part Time

**Salary**: £31,900 to £41,648

**Main Accountability as a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD)**:
Provide exemplary care for individuals with mental illness and personality disorders, establishing therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement. Participate in patient assessments, collaborate on care plans, and monitor progress. At a senior level, lead shifts, mentor team members, and uphold professional standards and ethical practices. Desired skills include strong teamwork, self-motivation, commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based care, and a dedication to personal growth and development.

**Requirements as Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD)**:
The RMN must possess outstanding interpersonal abilities for effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, external agencies, patients, and relatives. Proficiency in the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 is required, along with prior experience in a relevant setting.
