As an Aftersales Advisor you will support our internal workshop and team of Customer Consultants to ensure the customer receives excellent customer service throughout their journey, by coordinating workshop activity and providing quotes for additional services recommended and checking the availability of stock and accessories. The role involves monitoring and maintaining stock levels of parts and completing any relevant admin and claims processes. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, as well as strong organisational skills.

**Key job areas of the Aftersales Advisor role**:

- Provide quotes for servicing and repairs, and prices and availability of stock and accessories, as well as guiding them towards the products that best suits their needs.
- Encourage sale of genuine parts and accessories where possible.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Promote SLM products and services.
- Liaise with the workshop and Customer Consultants to coordinate workshop activity.
- Work as a full member of the dealership team.

**What we’re looking for in an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor**:

- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Flexible ‘can do’ approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
- Willingness to learn.
- Motivation for the role/automotive and engineering interest.
- Personal responsibility and career ownership.
- Problem-solving skills.
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C/9-4 in Maths and English (Predicted grades are accepted).

Toyota Lowestoft is part of SLM Group which started as a family company and has grown to include sites across the South East and East Anglia.
