**What to expect as a Part Exchange and Group Clients Sales Progressor**:
- Working within the Part Exchange & Group Clients office at Sheffield covering sites across the UK working with clients, branches and solicitors across the UK
- Act on behalf of house builders and developers and other group clients progress agreed sales quickly and effectively
- Keeping clients up to date throughout the home buying process
- Helping customers through the process of buying theihr own home
- Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
- Maximise regional knowledge working alongside the strong Spicerhaart brands and independent estate agency partners

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within customer service

**As a Part Exchange and Group Clients Sales Progressor,**
**we would expect you to;** be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple agreed sales at one time, assist all parties with the aim of progressing sales through to completion and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders
**What’s on offer to you**:
On Target Earnings of £22,800, a combination of a basic salary, £21,000 and our uncapped commission scheme based on:
- Sales personally progressed to exchange of contracts - 1% PA
Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
