Our firm is seeking a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Head of Operations within an extremely busy Private Practice Management support business to oversee and coordinate operational policies and procedures for our growing firm. We currently work with in excess of 30 consultants, both locally and in the London area. Specialties are varied meaning no two days are the same and that dynamic decision making is routinely required.

The Head of Operations will supervise works to ensure information is accessible and consistent among staff members, and will ensure that all guidelines are followed. A proven ability to mentor, develop and support employees, whilst maintaining the high levels of service that our clients and their patients demand is essential.

We are seeking an outstanding professional with a strong work ethic who oversees the execution of all operations at our company, including Human Resources and Finance. This is a demanding, yet rewarding role which only those with a successful management background will be considered for.

Team Management Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the team, conducting 1-2-1 meetings and revewing performance on a regular basis. Ensure all processes are documented, updated and comminicated and adhered to byall team members.
- Review, develop and improve all office PA admin processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency.
- Provide specific technical skills coaching to Medical PA’s where required.
- Responsible for ensuring that GDPR requirements are regularly monitored and adhered to.
- Mitigate risk to company assets and information.
- Manage office space allocation to ensure an efficient environment for staff members.
- Negotiate leases with different building owners.

Business Development Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver resource plan to address capacity constraints/needs in line with business growth plans.
- Establish, regularly update and carry out new client onboarding process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from day one.
- Work with the Managing Director to design and effectively implement new systems, processes, products and services to improve quality of service to clients.
- Develop effective, and manage outsourced partners to deliver, an effective marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Manage overall office budget, continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for maximising return on investment.

Required Experience (Essential):
At least 3 years’ experience of managing a large team of professional employees in a fast-paced, regulated business environment is essential.

Ability to lead and motivate a large team of administrative employees (working on-site and remotely) to deliver a high-quality service is critical.

Excellent computer literacy and aptitude with current working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages is critical.

Knowledge of private practice systems (MidexPro) is a distinct advantage.

A keen interest in, and willingness to learn about, available technologies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer service is essential.

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
