**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Wealth Operations Specialist** with experience in **ISA** products, to join our Wealth Operations team. In this role, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the team and you will be supporting our customers to make the most out of their investments with Plum with focus on ISA products.

**Your day-to-day**
- PProcessing the back office operations for ISA products.
- Be the specialist in terms of ISA knowledge for multiple ISA products (Stock & Shares, Cash ISA and Lifetime ISA in particular)
- Support customers and internal teams by providing answers to queries regarding the ISA products.
- Collaborate with our third-party-providers to ensure fast processing of transfer requests and resolve customer queries quickly.
- Ensure that all processes are mapped and documented, spot inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities and work out a plan to make it happen.
- Monitor team’s key performance indicators, create management reports (MI) and escalate to management when spotting trends that affect team’s performance.
- Work closely with Product and Tech to drive automation of reporting, transfers, payments etc and work on improving internal tooling.
- Support the Wealth Operations team with the day-to-day tasks of Plum’s other wealth products (GIA, ETFs, SIPP etc.)

**Ideally You**
- Have experience administering ISA transfers.
- Have good knowledge of ISA regulations and reporting requirements
- Have working experience of the CASS rules, particularly CASS 6 & 7
- Have experience of cash and stock reconciliations
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to working collaboratively
- Have experience working in a back office function of a FinTech business
- Are self directed and can take the initiative
- Have deep commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance
- Are willing to come into our central London office 2 days a week.
