Key Responsibilities

As a Wealth Propositions Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and driving forward innovative market-leading propositions for Investment Managed Wealth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product owners, change management, and delivery teams.

Your primary goal will be to support the development of propositional offerings that meet the needs of our clients, while also ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping domain knowledge up to date across wealth management end-to-end functions, SS&C products, regulatory changes, industry trends, and market competitors.
  • Supporting Wealth Propositions leads in innovating new wealth propositions for new or existing markets.
  • Working with product owners and stakeholders to drive forward wealth proposition offerings.
  • Documenting wealth proposition offerings and keeping them up to date with product releases.
  • Attending design authorities as applicable.
  • Providing consultancy to internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the wealth marketplace and end-to-end functional processes.
  • Wealth product knowledge, including general investment accounts, ISAs, JISAs, LISAs, on/offshore bonds, and pension products.
  • Experience in software and BPO propositions in wealth.
  • Proven analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to lead and take ownership to ensure high-quality deliverables.
