**Job Title: Parts Advisor**
**Location: Buckinghamshire**

**We have an exciting new role available for a Parts Advisor, based in Buckinghamshire. Working on behalf of a market leading, global, manufacturing business that specialises in the Construction Machinery market. With a well-established brand and a strongreputation for quality and innovation, they are at the forefront of their industry and are continuing to expand their global reach.**You will be fully supported in your role and be provided with plenty of training. **Responsibilities of the role**:

- Be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries providing a knowledgeable and efficient service
- Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed, ensuring excellent customer relationships are maintained
- Prospect for new business and contribute to achieving a level of profitability that meets departmental and company expectations
- Processing and tracking of spare parts sales and orders using the appropriate processes
- Handling warranty orders
- Arrange daily shipments of customer orders with Carriers as required
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Administration role
- Knowledge of letter of credit and customs clearance
