Saint Michael’s Hospice Charity Stores are at the heart of our communities, bringing local people together to make a difference.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a keen interest in fashion retail. Working within the wider shop team, you will provide vital support and help us continue to build sales success at our popular Leeds Road shop in Harrogate.

As a shop assistant, you will strive to provide the highest quality customer service, enticing shoppers and further boosting engagement within the local area. You will thrive in a high-energy environment, driving the team to meet targets and boost standards by your example. Part of the role will involve identifying new opportunities for boosting shop growth or preventing waste. Excellent communication skills are vital, to both express these potential improvements and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Skill at visual merchandising and a well-rounded knowledge of fashion, collectables, and marketplace trends will further enhance your push for a high-selling shop environment.
