Our T5 satellite store is located in Terminal 5 of London's Heathrow Airport. Just a hop, skip and a jump west of central London, the Heathrow Airport offers lots to explore and do, with access to the tube, overground and bus routes available.

Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Retail Host to join our busy Terminal 5 store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, our Retail Host will provide exceptional service to our customers on the shop floor, ensure our stock levels are maintained, that our products are presented impeccably, and that departmental KPI’s are reached through both individual excellence and teamwork.

Our Retail Host has the opportunity to excite customers with product knowledge, so a confident, engaging and friendly personality is a must.- have a genuine passion for luxury retail

- be ready to learn our products inside-out and demonstrate a constant hunger for knowledge

As the role is airside, you must be fully flexible with regards to shifts and working patterns, as some shifts will require you to start from 5am.

All potential employees will undergo a 5 year reference check covering your employment and/or education up to the present day. This is requirement for all employees working at Heathrow.
