**EU Media Executive**

**Thorpe Park, Leeds / Hybrid - 2 days remote working**

***As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a **EU Media Executive** to our global team.

**OVERVIEW**:
Working with the brand marketing, media, and creative teams, you will be responsible for delivering and reporting on advertising campaigns which execute our marketing and media strategy. Great project management skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel are a must to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is excited to learn how to execute and report on offline and online media plans, and to develop their career within our growing team.

As Media Executive within the regional hub, you will be managing the delivery of our TV, BVOD, Print and Radio campaigns, and also working with our social media and PR team to ensure regular creative refreshes across our online advertising campaigns, including working with Google, TikTok and Meta across EMEA.

- ** **Key point of contact for broadcaster sales teams for airtime management
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on media campaigns on online including Google and Meta
- Deliver and manage supply and use of creative assets with media owners
- Own digital content calendars including managing the rotation of influencer content generated through our PR team
- Support invoicing, purchase orders and budget tracking
- Prepare media laydown presentations and performance updates for various departments
- Monitor the delivery of media, working with our media agencies across EMEA
- Send media updates across marketing department reporting on delivery versus targets
- Provide other departments with media information and updates
- Reporting on competitor advertising activity
- Managing media data transfer across internal teams and agencies

**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS)**:

- Deliver media campaigns to budget and ensure that optimisations identified by the media team are implemented and reported on regularly
- Develop a strong relationship with the media owners and agencies across EMEA
- Ensure that all purchase orders and invoices are correctly processed and reconciled against the media delivered by our media agency partner
- Deliver timely reporting to all departments updating stakeholders on progress against media targets for the month, and highlighting key insight and recommendations as outlined by the media agency and the marketing team
- Be the expert on what competitor advertising is currently active and what their advertising messaging and claims are
- Assist the smooth running of a busy and driven marketing and media team
- Role will require some travel to offices across EMEA
