**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an Administrator to work closely with the Local Management team providing administrative assistance to ensure good working practises on the respected working contract.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Office administrative systems
- Provide local administrative support/assistance to all managers
- To deal with incoming telephone calls and give support when needed
- Maintaining central calendars, organizing meetings, providing supporting documentation and if required taking and distributing minutes
- To process all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- General office e-filing and photocopying
- Completing other duties as reasonably requested by the Contract Manager.
- Collect and provide information to the Human Resources team i.e. immigration audits, new employee paperwork
- Collate and input Health and Safety information audits, risk assessments, monthly reports and accident/incident reports
- Operate an efficient monitoring system on information regarding procurement / supply chain
- Devising/ revising all QA and contractual documentation.
- Collating information for report to the client
- Maintaining folder integrity on the shared network.
- Setting up of procedures and practices
- Ensure deadlines are met on behalf of Contract Manager
- Co-ordinating and planning training (also carrying out skills analysis)

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Deliver excellent customer service and support with training.
- Ability to constructively challenge and give/ receive feedback.
- A good listener with an empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Work with others within the local Pinnacle team to support the team and wider business to deliver results.
