Recruitment Administrator

An exciting start up recruitment business based in Cheadle is looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team. Ideal applicants will come from an agency or in-house background and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to spin many plates at once The company operate a hybrid working policy (a minimum of 2 days in the office per week) to provide flexible working each week between home and the office, with time in the latter to allow for networking, learning, collaboration, meetings and events. The main duties of the role will include:
- Tracking leads and creating client contacts records
- Setting up mail merges
- Cleansing the database and being the Superuser for the CRM
- Creating marketing material using Canva
- Updating shared files
- Booking travel where needed
- Managing consultants’ diaries where needed
- Helping with some credit control, sending invoices
- Creating spreadsheets and maintaining information in Excel.
- Administering offer paperwork using the online on-boarding system
- assisting with pre-employment checks
- Ensuring P45s/46s are received for all new starters
Ideal applicants will need to have:
- Strong attention to detail including good use of numeracy and grammar
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- To be a strong team player, using own initiative
- Flexibility and commitment
- An ability to operate with minimum supervision
- Excellent proven organisational skills and can prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
- The ability to multi-task and be effective under pressure
- Proven ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion
- Demonstrable good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word & Excel
- Previous experience within a busy recruitment environment (in-house or agency)
- Ideally experience of working within a law firm
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
