We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our growing team, in order to help provide day to day support and continually delivery fantastic guest experiences.

The Holbrook Manor Hotel & Spa is a beautiful Georgian Country House located in the Heart of Somerset, surrounded by 20 acres of grounds.

As a Receptionist, everything you do will be driven by a desire to exceed your guest's expectations. Naturally, you will be passionate, friendly and organised, whilst providing first-class service. The individual must have excellent communication and administrative skills, who is keen to take on the challenge of problem solving in a busy environment.

**The Role**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Checking in Hotel guests, Spa Guests & Health Club Members
- Providing exceptional and memorable experiences to each guest
- Maintaining cleanliness and health & safety in the work place at all times
- Working Collaboratively with the team
- Distributing enquiries to the relevant departments
- Booking hotel rooms, spa treatments & gym inductions
- Serving food & beverage where required
- General administrative duties (eg. data entry, filing, running reports)

**Receptionist Requirements**:

- High standards of personal appearance
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Patience and respect
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Attention to detail
- Past experience as a receptionist in a hospitality environment preferred
- Must be flexible and prepared to work Evenings & Weekends
- Full driving licence is required due to the rural location of Holbrook Manor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
