An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Ward 2 and Burns team **at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust as a Burns Co-ordinator**

**The postholder will be a key member of the Ward 2 and Burns team, they will provide administrative support within the team, enabling patients and families receive efficient, high quality care throughout thier patient journey. Ward 2 and Burns are a fantastic team, who provide the highest standard of both emergency and elective inpatient and outpatient care to children of all ages.**

**Kay aspects of the role include;**

**Supporting the effective delivery of Burns services across the hospital and community interface by providing a high quality administration/clerical service.To assist in the promotion of effective communication and liaison between the Burns service, Parents/patients and other professionals.To Maintain IBID the International Burns Injury database, collecting and inputting data from hospital administration systems and clinical records.Attend the Burns MDT to provide administrative support.
