Working as part of a squad, there is a position for an UX/UI Designer. Responsible for designing a seamless and user-centred experience, across a multi-channel landscape, including app, online and in car, your remit will be to ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. You will form part of a collaborative, iterative and agile process within a multi-disciplined team helping deliver tomorrow’s digital solutions. You’re enthusiastic, curious and full of ideas. You understand the latest trends, techniques, innovative practices and technologies to bring new ideas to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will play a lead role, working within a squad, to ensure customer insight is considered to best deliver a high-class modern luxury customer centric experience. This will be achieved by:

- Ensuring the transformation of our brand digital touchpoints, through the delivery of consistent UX/UI are in line with our guidelines to support our product delivery
- Define, develop and deliver UX direction aligned to the relevant product squad and broader UX/UI design principles
- Actively engage with our design, digital and engineering partners to deliver a consistent UX/UI vision
- Generate graphics assets, UI interactions, animations and other artefacts for product development
- Incorporate inputs from customer feedback, stakeholder feedback and market research

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Essential:

- Strong experience in a previous UX/UI role
- Sufficient experience with end-to-end user journey projects
- Ability to influence/discuss technical decisions amongst a wider team
- Defining and creating innovative UI design, assets and interaction styles enriching User Experience
- Proficiency in standard UX and design tools such as: Figma, Sketch, XD, Invision, Photoshop or equivalent
