Prospectus is excited to be supporting a brand-new foundation as it looks to appoint its first Portfolio Lead - Grants and Impact Strategy. This new position will support to the Executive Director with strategy development, grant management, overall operational effectiveness and implementation. You will work in collaboration with other members of the foundations small team, as well as its partners. The foundation's work is done through a systems lens, seeking to create transformational impact rather than incremental change.

The foundation is working to challenge systemic injustice through elevating leadership in South Africa, the UK, and beyond. In South Africa the foundation is focused principally on ending multi-generational poverty through enabling young children to thrive and their parents to be on firm economic footing. In the UK the focus is on the inhumane treatment of refugees and root and branch reform of the asylum system including at a policy level.

This role will play a pivotal in the growth and development of the foundation. You will be supporting with strategy development, key research and grant management. You will also support with ongoing learning and process improvement as the foundation grows and develops.

This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual with strategic aptitude to gain hands on experience in growing and developing a new foundation. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to support the design and implementation of grant-making and impact strategy activities.
