**Onboarding & Process Support Specialist - Global Energy Trading & Supply business**
**London, 6 months initially (with potential for permanent)**
Fantastic opportunity to join a globally renowned business with a purpose to drive towards net carbon zero.
In this role you'll be a key member of the Business Integration and Assurance team and you'll be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new joiners, as well as generalist support for the Business Risk Managers. The OPS works closely with their counterpartsin other Trading and Supply businesses and in the central BIA team.
**Specific Accountabilities**:
- A member of the BIA team reporting to the Business Risk Manager.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, SMEs in LoD2 and the Onboarding Focal EAs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance ofOnboarding process standards, specifically:
- Transition live/virtual sessions to WorkDay Learning modules
- Define on a reference indicator basis which sessions are mandatory and for whom
- Gather "people data" for all new joiners to foster assignment of modules
- Design & incorporate face-to-face sessions
- Update & maintain the Onboarding Checklists
- Continuously gather info from other LoBs/support functions re: Onboarding best practice
- Support the design and optimisation of other processes, including data and technology advancements.
- Support the maintenance of a taxonomy and architecture of business processes in line with Process Standards.
- Support the embedding of processes within the business.
This role will require you to be able to work effectively in a global team working with colleagues virtually, being able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity, as well as manage multiple BAU tasks and projects simultaneously.
