- Building close relationships with the Pub Leadership teams to make sure our pubs always get the best levels of support and

expertise.
- Supporting, where necessary, bar, cellar and stock management to ensure we are always able to run efficient and effective service.
- Always putting the customer first in everything we do, delivering the highest level of service possible, achieving and exceeding

service levels.
- Ensuring that our pub is safe, legal and clean always, following guidelines and highlighting any risk you observe.
- Know our products and offers obsessively to give the customer the best choice to drive sales within the business.

- We respond to customer feedback positively and continuously take action to improve service and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
